The Lifecourse Podcast is a podcast from the ESRC International Centre for Lifecourse Studies at University College London, which specialises in the production of lifecourse research using longitudinal studies, in particular the British Birth Cohorts.

The podcast is made up of short accessible audio interviews about research findings that can help address major policy and societal issues around our health and well-being and how they intertwine with our family and work circumstances.

Researchers discuss the context of their work, what they have found, what those findings mean and how they can be used to improve people’s lives. 

The podcast is produced and presented by former BBC journalist Christine Garrington.
